What it does

The Stack is a modular, direct-heat barbecue designed to give you complete control over how your food is cooked.

It replaces the need for a kettle, griddle, charcoal smoker and offset in one system. It’s built for British outdoor cooking, where space is limited and everything has to earn its place.

Raise the fire basket for hard searing heat, slot in the baffle for steady overnight burns, open the smokestack to cleanly burn wood splits, or drop in the flat-top griddle for tacos and smash burgers.

Every design choice serves one purpose, to give you complete control over how you cook.
